Synopsis :
Set in the Joseon Dynasty during King Jeongjo's reign, this martial-arts fusion sageuk is centered around the events involving Crown Prince Sado's conspiracy. His group who defends King Jeongjo is pitted against a mysterious organization of assassins who plot to kill the King.

Remarks :
I know that this drama receive pretty much attention for the casts and the story, but what’s really worth about this drama is the acting and actions sequence and not so much the story. Not that the plot is bad, I would say the way they execute the plot is pretty messy. Though I found the first half of the story is very appealing. The reason why I was so into Ji Chang Wook these days (^_^)!

The 2nd half of this drama pretty ruins everything (for me T_T). Dong Soo characters seems like a different person with 360° change of attitude and behaviors. Though I know he matured during the training with his master, the sudden formality is way too much. And I really miss the bold and mischievous Dong Soo. Yeo Un is the most misunderstood character ever. Kinda feel sympathetic for him and I hate the ending for Yeo Un. They could have done better for him.

As for the whole drama, this is not your saeguk drama with romance in the air. Well, they pretty much forsake the romance for action since this is the drama with worst chemistry ever between the male and female lead.
